Why you are not doing maintenance's at night for example 3-4-5-6am ? When only very low % of players is playing? You are doing harm to yourself, a significantly bigger % of players playing in the morning, and when ppl cant play, ppl cant buy from l2store, u loose money.
Every maintenance requires participation and coordination of work of several departments, so they can be held only in working hours.
