Premiun account "Argentina" Problem

hello. i'm from argentina and i've been playing this server 18 months.
i would pay premium account. no credit card or debit card.
probe the Paysafecard system. pay $ 100 argentinos (about 9 euros)
but when i want to add money to my account l2, says Paysafecard is not enabled from argentina.​

I'm going to guess that since Innova has license for Europe, not for South America, and theoretically you shouldn't be playing here but on NCWest, the paysafe card is rejected. I'm going to throw a speculation that if you have used a payment method that doesn't identify your origin you'd be fine (as in paypal for example).

I can not use paypal either, since I can not charge money , I have no cards.
