Dear Innova Staff, I don`t know who is your db admin currently, and how experienced he is and his qualifications but this from users standpoint is unacceptable. Fix it or take needed measures to find qualified db admin who can deal with this problem. Also you wont get away with just kitty cat compensations! Dunno if you're DDoSed, of if you tried to switch to a slower hardware to earn more money, but either case atm the service offered (we're the ones paying your salary, just for you to remember it) is really low. Like, really.
Underlying reason is not in our hardware or in DB maintanence. There is a problem which has been partially fixed, but our engineers together with developers are looking for the ways to eliminate it completely.
If they could/wanted to fix it, it'd have already be made. But it means more money involved, so less bahamas holidays. So no.
Soooo, extended maintenance gave no fruit? Still NPC server crashing down... And only few hours after maintenance....

Today's maintenance was related to 4game technical issues, our game didn't receive any update. We have already located the problem causing NPC server to restart, but it cannot be resolved until the fixes received from developers are tested and installed via an extra maintenance. We have already taken several temporary measures to reduce the possibility of further NPC server restart, and some will be applied later today, so NPC server stability should be increased. Sorry for the inconvenience.
