Summoner Pre-awaken leveling

Hi,i found it very hard to level a summoner pre-awaken.
It's harder than archer,wizard,dagger even warriors.
If i take wiz harmony my summon is useless.If i take warrior's i am useless.Summon's crit rate is too low so it takes too long to take down a mob.Am i missing something or they are really that hard to level ?

 

Take warrior. You'll be useless, but your summon hits pretty hard. The best way, if you have this possibility, is to have a mentor, and to ask him to give you wizard, then to put warrior on your pet (dunno if possible to give Mentor's Harmony on pets tho')

 

its easy to lvl a summoner, ive made mine in 2 days 85 without any special purchases from l2store and without botting, so you must be doing it wrong. what lvl are you ?

 

74 i went to dragon valley now.Problem is crit rate of summon it's too rare to crit.Normal dmg is ****.

 

go to goddard, take the palaika quest 73, enter, summon ur pet, use to pole and charge up the crit rate buff up to lvl 7, soe from the instance.

Enjoy a free 1 hour buff wich will stay on ur summons even you left the instance, it will give ur summon crit rate, and attack speed.

this bug works since years

 

Emm summons dmg *****? Wtf u saying? Mby u dont use pet shots?

 

I made 85 today.After 79 it was easier,the bug virgin told worked thanks for that btw.Now i am thinking about weapon.Is bow still viable for summoner pve ? or i should get 2-h blunt no matter what ?

 

2h blunt is better. Like contristo +10 and elegia light set.

 

if you use a 2h staff, u get more patk/atk speed then with bow, but less crit rate. you can easly lvl up to 97 using requim 2h staff and immortal leather set. with that gear you can solo in GF ... Wynns are op in solo pve. if u got cash, get a tauti 2h blunt, and a elegia leather set, you gonna be a BEAST
