Missing Quest Items

    before 4 days i have 14 zaken soul fragments yesterday i make zaken and my fragments is 12 and go to 14...
    and something else,my territory badges was 56 and today i look and it's 52 can you explain me why i lose quest items without any reason?
    zaken fragments is not so important to me but territory badges is and i want the 4 badges back....
