Logitech G13 - not working

Hi,
I tried to search the forums but unfortunately the results returned too many pages in Russian language I cant read :/

My question is, can somebody confirm that his G13 DOES work? My G13 with profile leading to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Innova\LineageII EU\system\L2.exe
does not work. I tried to follow this topic:

but running Profiler as Admin did not work. Also I dont really think that calibration of joystick can help with G buttons not working.
My current Profiler is version 3.03.133.
Gamepad tick box in game is unchecked but that should be OK because on NCWest G13 works fine. There is no macro assigned to my keys. Only keys shortcuts available in game when using Enter chat.

Could anyone try to help me? I accept also russian guide, but plz translit it into latin letters so I could read it (I have some very very basic understanding of Russian language but cant read "bukvy" so please use simple sentenses).

So another week is gone and still no single player on whole innova with Logitech G13 who could tell me if it works for him or not?

Hello, thank you very much for your answer! I really appreciate it. Could you please tell me which version of Profiler do you use? Because no matter what I do I cant made G13 working.

 

Ok so in case someone else would struggle with G13 as much as I here is the solution.
1) If you own G13 (and probably other Logitech programable hardware) for longer time you used software called Logitech Profiler to assign keys to G-keys. Logitech obviously later discontinued this Profiler software and developed new software called Logitech Gaming Software. The Profiler does NOT upgrade to this Logitech Gaming Software. And this Profiler is not supported by L2 running on Innova servers.
2) You have to search Logitech pages for this LGS (I have found one directed specially for G13 so I think there are several versions of this software for every special HW they produce).
3) Download LSG and install it. LSG recognize during its installation that you still have Profiler and uninstal the Profiler. Then you have to restart the computer and G13 works! Or, as several people including me experienced, it doesnt work. In that case some people reported that uninstal and re-instal of LGS helps and indeed after second installation of LSG my G13 works.

I cannot express enough my gratitude to Mr. Vittorio who finally helped me to solve this problem after days of searching through tons of webpages. Without his help (telling me about LGS) I would not be able to fix G13.

Dr. Grunstein Thanks for the info. I struggle with the same problem with my G11 keyboard. Downloading LGS as I type this and hope I can finally get L2 Innova to work with it.

[EDIT] Working perfectly! Now I also hope that in other games it solves the loss of the G-keys when something on the desktop happens (like receive mail notification)
