game loading error status:1073

i have problem with installation file : windows6.1-kb976932-x64.exe
when i install this sp1, my computer reboot automaticly,later when my system trying to save configuration at 30% i have fail. my computer reboot automaticly again and at starting system i see that text : "failure of implementing changes SERVICE PACK 1 ,WITHDRAWING THE CONFIGURATION FROM THE SYSTEM LASTS WINDOWS 7, DON'T SWITCH OFF THE COMPUTER"

after reboot i trying to install this file " windows update KB3033929" and i see failed installing. text : "the fitter came across the error : 0xc8000222

when i trying to play i see next error " game loading error,please restart your computer ,should the error reoccur after the restart, please contact the technical support : status 1073.

if nothing help me, i don't play anymore here.
