An error has occured while loading the page

Hi,

I haven't been able to launch the game with mozilla for two days. The issue appeared suddenly and for unknown reason, i get this error message :



It works fine on chrome, but I'd like to solve the problem as I mainly use mozilla. I tried cccleaning, unstalling/reinstalling 4game app without success. Any idea ? Thx !

 

And ofc, hitting the Update button just refreshes the page and leads to the same error.

Yeah i have exactly the same problem.I delete everything.The 4game the lineage file and still when i refresh the page it says exactly the same:An error has occured while loading the page

 

I tried this update button, didn't solve the issue.

 

It looks like i solved the problem by entering from microsoft edge

p.s i updated my pc to windows 10 , why donts you try from mozzila?

 

I'm on 7. Well the problem is only on mozilla for me as well, but that's the navigator I use for my main account so it's quite annoying.

 

Disable all possible ad blockers (ADBlock, UBlock etc...) that you have, in case with ADBlock sometimes it should better be deleted at all
