Shadow Weapons, are they R99 or R?

    I see someone selling one on the AH and its R-Grade, but all the info on Shadow Weapons online say they are R99, can anyone explain this a bit better to me?

    y it's good weapon for new players, but wtf its drop on 100 lvl instance and no tradable? useless mostly
