Ancient Kartia Bug

Hello. I tried 4 times to do the ancient kartia during this month.
The 1st 2 timesi did it succesfully.
4 days ago and also yesterday though, just when i got transformed into a mob and talked to the npc (for the player rivals to spawn) client just freezes. It doesnt move on to the next phase. I waited about 10 mins before closing the client. I tried pming the character and it was succesfull which means i was online during it stuck.
I dont know what to do sinc ei already lost 2 ancient kartia traces and client freezes ;/
I need help plz.
