Sharpen Edge from warsmith stacks with iss buffs? What about iss lvl 101 buff Prophecy of might reuse, static 600 seconds or can reuse be improved, and if yes by how much. Tx.
!st yes sharp edge stacks with all the buffs, not only the ones from turtle/rose pet, since they are same. Prophecy of Might is affected by reuse decreasing items/pasives/buffs. So giving yourself wizard harmony+sonatas+refreshing autgument + having epic necklace would help alot. I guess with that + windy scroll you can decrease reuse down to 220-240 seconds.
Actually, if you want to check how much of the reuse you can go down, you can try with rapso. Exactly same skills affect it. The full list of things to consider, which I can think of atm is: - Istina Necklace or Tezza Soul Necklace is -10% (Valakas/Blessed Valakas Necklace would also work but it's not so cheap stuff); - Item Skill: Refresh & Item skill: Skill Refresh and it's -10% (3rd one - for magic skills doesn't apply); - Shiny Shirt is -3%; - R-grade or above Light Set +8 is -10% (robe set +6 is -3% also); - Windy scroll is -10%; - It is possible to get -5% cd from AP - Wizard Harmony & Refreshing Sonata is -20% and -10% resp.; Being a prophet, also, @101 you already have the 99 passive which grants additional -10% skill CD also. So, the times given above are obtainable. There are however three more things to remember: 1) refresh reuse is 10 minutes, so any reuse ~300s is enough to keep the buff up permamently w/o waiting for refresh reuse; 2) probably no setup will allow keeping it up on more than 1 char, unless you get a mastery which is STR-dependant, not reuse-dependant; 3) refresh auguments are, as far as the list I remember is considered, not obtainable from new LS.
