PA+Vit -> x8 xp, x6 SP no PA, but Vit -> x4 XP, x4 SP PA, no Vit -> x4 xp, x2 SP no PA, no Vit -> x2 XP, x2 SP (basic double rate as per event) just take all the normal numbers and x2 them, the event is double BASE and all the normal bonuses are applied to it...
