Game Loading Error ... status : 1073

Hello i wanted to log in today and i get this "Game Loading Error" it says to restart my pc and try again but when i do same problem so i try to fix the game in options still dont help last thing it asks me to do is to contact technical support. error status is 1073 Please help i love to game and donate

Hi guys, i've got same problem as he got. I've done everything, installed latest updates (i've done what casillias reply), disable firewall/antivirus protection, just everything what could be done (even commands in cmd) and it's still not working. I'm using Windows 7 SP 1 6.1.7601 x64 . PC Specs i5-4460 3.2GHz, AMD Radeon R9 270X, 8 GB RAM DDR3.
Please help me, i've reinstalled game, checked with check4game. And i've searched like all google sites that could be displayed

 

You have Error 1073 with all necessary updates? Could you make a screen with the error and that you have updates installed
