    when I go to start playing the computer crashes in my image of Frost loadin screen. any help pls

    in the middle of my screen start the blue loading logo after the blue loading logo appears the back.BMP after that my computer freeze. and i dont know what to do. bytheway i'm playing in official without a problem. is there anything to do?

    In official? And what is this server you think?
    Win+R and type there winver make screen and paste here

    Try running l2.exe directly from System folder and what it says screen here

    says that the program does not designed for windows or there is an error.

    LAst updates made in the system? ANY! Including video update, incorrect windows updates etc. literally anything changed?

    no nothing 15.11.15 i install the game for first time!!! nothing change. as an expirament i delete system and frost folder from tha game folder... i delete also tha log file inside temp folder. and i start the game without the folders my computer crash again... so i dont know the source of the problem? Mozilla? something else?

    Nope, seems like it is something with Windows, our support team is gonna examin this problem tomorrow(cause it is already late today) thoroughly and I will give you an answer
