I'm not awaken anymore

after 3 years break I decide to come back but when I loged in something was very wrong.
I'm not a feoh wizrd anymore but a feoh mystic muse. I still have all the feoh wizard skills and grade and they are fonctionnal but I can't do anyquest, I won't xp and the game behave with me as if I was level 1.
I can't take the quest to awake again anymore so that is not a solution.
Have you heard of something like that?
What can I do ( I did not get an answer to my ticket)
