Useless skills? Devils sway - Death Siphon

    has anyone use these skills?

    death siphon is useless because the mob/pc stills hitting you, and devils sway... has anyone use this skill ever?

    devils sway is the one doubling buff time? i've used it several times to kill people. first dot, then fear, then increase fear by 10 sec until they aggro mob and die.
