"Install" only, no "play"

Hello,

so the problem began when i tried to start the game. When i launched shortcut which directed me to default eu.4game.com page, the button "play" didn't appear, there was only "install" button.
When i've pressed "install" button, the file tried to install 4game client and the game. It found the game in my pc, and directed me to the same page, where only "install" button was.

So i've tried this:

"please remove 4game app, restart your pc, download this 4game app, install it while all browsers are closed, restart pc and try to run the game.".

That didn't work.

I've tried to uninstall the 4game client and delete "Lineage II EU" folder completely.
Now, when i try to use "install" button, it installs me 4game client, saying that i can watch installation proccess directly in the page (as it was when i installed my game for the first time).

But the same stupid "install" button appears without any "installation progress" bar.
It's very sad, since i've yesterday bought a premium account for one month..

Any suggestions? Or just re-install "windows"?

 

Cleaned my C:\Windows\Temp\ folder from "4game" named files, and it worked!
