I have few questions regarding Iss Dominator. :)

So, i just finished 4th class quest (awakened to Iss Dominator), and i was wondering maybe someone could give me some tips about gear, attributes and so on...

 

Heavy, health weapon, and in this update, shield. But remember u can just buff your clan.

 

I both dualsword's and heavy set. Also i think i will upgrade my set to defensive type.

 

Yes, u gotta use defensive. Dualsword isn't bad, but sword/blunt + shield is better.

 

Thank's for advice. Also i know that after 4th job you can take two skill's from an NPC in ruin ya sagira. I forgot how they are called. Anyway maybe you could tell me where can i find that NPC, and also witch skill would you recommend for PvE ISS?

About your question, you're speaking about the "revelation" skills. The NPC for those skills can be found in the Ruins of Ye Sagira (around talking island). Where you awoken. There are two NPC, a really tall one, and a small behind. The small is the one you need to talk to to take your skills. IMPORTANT : in the list, you can only take 2 skills, and the cost to change your choice is 100kk, so be careful !

As for skills, the best choice for Iss is :
- Undying Will (Passive. Every 5 minutes, when your HP falls under 30%, you gain Celestial Shield effect for 5 seconds)
- Disparition (Active. Upon activation, removes your debuffs, and renders you untargetable for 5 seconds. 10 minutes cooldown).
