Best way to Over Enchant Armours to +8

    This will be my first attempt to get my R99 set to +8.
    I am just after some advice or tips as to what's the best/most efficent way to do this?
    So please do share your story/tips as how you got your set to +8.

    That said, a lot of people like to rely on gamblers fallacy and sacrifice cheap items before clicking on the expensive stuff.
    Computer generated numbers are never truly random, so there may or may not be some truth to this procedure.
