Changing Bound item to Unindentified Item problem

Does not appear in the options at the Blacksmith to have s80 option, I tried S grade only as well, there were no items to be Unindentified. I have 2 S80 dagger duals and few Dynasty heavy parts.

 

As far as I remember this required stuff called seal scrolls, like THIS. Which you probably don't have.

 

Yes, I don't have the scroll, BUT! Even so, the items should be listen in the page for S or S80(which is not there), I don't even get to see what other items are required to unindentify those items, because it doesn't allow me to unindentify any item at all.. It should be checked!
