yes we see the update button, with "update required" written, nothing happen , tried with mozilla and ie, never get problem since day 1 of this server, i guess i will install google chrome

 

u have 4 game app active?? re-install it or download it again.

 

are you using vista or windows 7?

try turn off uac - http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm# it helped me

 

i also have this problem, i still use windows xp and on my pc it wont update. on my laptop which uses windows 7 it installed without any problems.

 

win 7, but i've solved my problem, strangly but solved

i just leaved the 4game apply, log out from website and i got a pop-up saying that a new version of 4game is available. i've installed it and now it ok, maybe other ppl can try like this

ok i did the same thing.. i closed the 4game in the taskbar and logged out from the website. and the pop-up showed up. and all happened just as mnemo already said.

 

problem is solved after re-installing 4game software.no matter browser etc,etc just do this.
remove it from programms,sign off from webpage,go to webpage again-press install-it wil download 4game app. again,install it,go to webpage again (it wil ask again to instal,but its just checking files-press cancel),sign in->press play-enjoy.

 

yea had some problems also i just uninstaled 4 game and install it from the site, working perfectly its been 10 hours and i still havent finish downloading yet. will see tomorow...
