Mobs get boosted or something weird going on?

    The dual of my main used to be a Feoh and I would solo in hard fairies from like 87-95+ have since switched it to something else, well I made a alt who is a Feoh now and I went there at 88, and idk wtf is going on but I'm getting beat into the ground. Its like my damage or my VR is all ******, My nukes don't bring me back to full hp like they used to I just get like maybe 5% hp back unless I use mass devil's curse but thats 30s cooldown.

    there is 3 spots in fairies. one <88 that straight from port.. one, where is waterfall 90+ and one for 88+...

    hum... Remember, if you use the NPC buffs, that they're nice and all, but ISS' buffs are better. I didn't check, but maybe the vr on Daring Sonata is low on the one given by npc.
