Game will not lunch.

this is my first post on the forums so, hello to everyone.

first of all let me point out that i have read faq topics as well as users threads. i didn't find any working solution to my problem. now to the point.

i have installed the game, but when i try to run it (via play button) it does show me a small bar which disappears quickly, then i get a little image with "loading..." and that's it. nothing else happens. tried running it in chrome as well as in ie. i tried to play here few months ago without success and i see this problem still exist. i experience the same problem on more then one machine.

any help would be appreciated.
