Look these two screenshots: Aren't the same item? There is no in description "Event" or something like that, and they do the same thing. Guess what? They aren't. The GEAR on 2nd image can not be used on Alchemy crafting, onlu the first one. I checked few minutes ago AH. All GEAR in there, are the ones of the second image.
