Archers Hide - from 2 min to 5 min CD, from 30% speed to -100 speed.
So nerf totally.
-30% is equal to -100 speed only when you had 300 (max) speed.. So only at open fields. GG at olympiad. Yul now will be unplayable at oly. GG NCSoft xD

 

Yeah 'coz problem from yul is totaly hide. Not like their UE was insane 100% and they hit 50k with any bow. Sure.

By the way lots of descriptions are wrong... for example ultimate evasion from daggers is :

"For 30 seconds, increases P. Evasion by 60, M. Evasion by 60, M. Def. by 60, P. Skill Evasion Rate by 20% and Debuff Resistance. Has a 60% chance of canceling the enemy's targeting when attacked."

but the description in the patch notes says :

"M. Def. changed from 20% to 100% P. Evasion changed from 75 to 40 P. Skill Evasion changed from 60% to 50% Deleted: M. Evasion (at max level)"

So...there is no "m.def 20%",p.evasion is 60 and not 75...and p.skill evasion is 20% and not 60%...so...ahem...
Also,what's suppose to be the new 'Shadow flash' effect? "No hide No removal"?

 

About Dagger UE, only the description (the current one) is bugged as hell. The evasion is still 60%, not 20% as written, so this is a 10% nerf, but way way way lower than the 95%->50% ue nerf on archers.

Seems the balance is made with a 2 handed axe

 

It goes either way, the class is OP, or bad, it's never balanced somewhere in the middle

 

what about mages? those who play use arcane power or wizard spirit?

 

Afaik top players kept the arcane,but they will lose it since arcane will be removed when learning the passives...

Yeah btw they balance classes in the worst way possible..."this class makes low damage...mhhh..." and in the patch later lands 50k per skills "no wait...broken op" "5k per skill"...mhh...

Anyway we'll have to wait our patch notes since some things are differents...for example on NCWest servers sahya seers are 'nerfed',their annoing skill which aggro you and make you unable to move (compelling wind? i don't remember) there is nerfed,it doesn't aggro any longer,so they cannot play full cowardish "hide > aggro > kill" (at least,this is what they wrote in patch notes when Underground came out,i quitted before it from NCWest)

This patch is just pathetic for Archers, Daggers... Same as our stuff providing events.

Thanks god our stuff is to stupid to put this patch fast and we will get it near the end of vacation probably.

Well they finally did something with Baylor after years. But what about Balok. Added new open RBs so ppl can go pvp. That command channel thingy and 14 ppl on raids are not clear. Macro things are nice. Tyrr are boosted a lot. Some nice things some useless pointless things. I still think they add too many things instead of fixing others.

 

Let the rivers of tears begin.

 

-5% damage from augment on neck, -10% damage from set +9, 10% p.def from set +10, -5% damage from 3rd SA sigel, -10% dagger/archer damage..

This game has no mercy to casual players.. lol ;o

 

Don't worry there will be plenty of p2w events and l2store updates.

 

To play l2 now, or u need to put your house bills at stake, win lottery or do 3000000 zaken chars.

 

Or play on korean or chinese or Idk what server .. Way easier than here 'cause of events I heard.. Events where you rly get good stuff..

 

What is his pink brooch 2nd bar in inventory, between daimond and taurus agathion ?

 

Its Amethyst (PvP Damage + 15% at stage 5)...it exists on Korean and West but like topaz i dont think innova will have it.
