How long does support take and do they work weekends?

    I am currently having an issue where I can't really enjoy the game to play and I have contacted support about it, 14 hours and still no reply, do they usually take this amount of time and also am I gonna have to wait till Monday for a reply?

    What issue are you having?
    Also ETA is 1 week or used to be, and afaik they don't work at weekends/work less.

    on weekends they work on vodka bottles.

    The last ticket I wrote was 2-3 days ago and it got a reply few hours after. Solving ppls problems is tough job, so support needs rest too probably.
