PA account time and mentee certificate

i wonder, if i buy 3months pa, will it start counting right as i buy it, or after my current pa time is over?

also, i'd like to know how are we able to get a mentee certificate, do we have to claim it? and where? can we do that thingy of lvlin to 40 a new char and give mentee certificate to main?


any answers are aprecciated.

mentor system ain't implented yet and if you buy 3 months pa and you still have time on your old pa the timer for 3 months starts when the old pa ends

the pa works on a rolling basis, therefore if you purchase any pa whilst already having an active pa it will not activate until your current pa time has ran out.
