Service Dual to Main / Helios Update

I have two questions.

The first is: In NCWest from what I saw will have the dual class service for main class, here you get too?

Second question: Where can I find the skills and updates Helios?

First: No, we don't have it here.
Second: We will have the patch notes like 6-7 months after the update is released, same as Infinite Odyseey, in the meantime you can check the patchnotes from the ncsoft forums

 

As for Helios patchnotes, you can find a translation from Korean patchnotes published by NCWest in the following discussion on the forum:

We have not received the game files yet, therefore, we cannot form final list of changes.
