Transfer XP runes between characters

Hello everyone,

Started to play L2 again (been a while) and I bought the big pack for 60 euro with the xp runes and so on.

How can I transfer them between my characters? I tried to find the Warehouse where i can transfer Items between my characters but cant find it.

Try dimensional npc, but idk.

 

The "warehouse used to transfer items between characters on the same account" is located just outside the WH (in Aden, leave the WH, she's on your left)

 

Many thanks, found the dimension NPC. Im a bit shocked but it seems I cant transfer those runes between my characters.

Can anyone confirm that its possible to transfer them? All of the runes are 30days runes which are on my twink right now.
Do I have to buy new ones so they are effective on the other char or do they count account wide?

 

XP/SP/Adenas/Drop runes gives bonus only to the char that have them in his inventory.
About the possibility to transfer them to another char from the same account, i have no idea.
