Payment problems...

I paid 1 euro on store,but for my fault,when the payment send me confirmation code on mobile phone i writed 3 times the code wrong and the payment card has been bloqued,so i go to office bank to unblock,and they success but now i have a payment pending for confirmation. This operation has dont done yet,and im waiting for support of 4game for confirmation. Do u think that this is problem of 4game support o maybe of the office bank??? When i go to office bank they say me that there is an operation with pending confirmation,and that is the the 1 euro build on l2 store. Im waiting 3 days since i send the message,no GMs answer me since the last message. I need to do some purchases in game but if this operation has not been confirmed,i cant buy more euros,and im starting to be impatient. This service is trash. What timezone the support of 4 game attend the clients????
