problem to add funds

please tell me what to do,i have problem whith add funds,when i'm trying to add funds from card,need moneybookers,i see there my email adress and tells me to write password.i have no registration on moneybokers and dont know what pasword to write. first time when i had a premium acaunt my friend made all transferring,because 1time i blocked my card whith this problem,my friend is not here please tell me what to do!sorry for my english
