Game Freezes

The game starts with no problem, then I log in with no problem at all.
Then the problem starts when I play the game at random moments the game freezes. It hangs the whole system forcing me to reset.

Love the game, need Your help. What can I do:
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 with 2.66HGHz
RAM 4GB
NVidia GeForce GTS250

 

upgrade processor - if game freezes when doing absolutely nothing
buy ssd - if game freezes when u do some atction (teleport/ fast turning camera)
video card is too old also - but not low it should work prety fine


also can be problem of overheating elements (like processor/videocard/rams) it can result in blue screen/total hang/self restart

1 more thing 8 year old processor runs faster now with x86 windows (even when its base is x64)

 

To all that have the same problem.
In my Case with graphic settings at avarage I ticked the option for GPU to take parto of the processing.
And now it works like a dream.

 

well if u made gpu do some work of cpu that means cpu begging for an update, but temporary solution is allways good
u should download some program to check your cpu temps and check it without that gpu tweak (to see if its not overheating, if it is there might be more serious problems if u dont fix it (new termal paste/clean cooler (or new one))
