On saturday i got hacked, well good for me was that i logged in while this action was being done on my account, and luckily i was able to change passwords and emails for my account, hacker was able to sell items, and tried to reconnect multiple times to send the mail with adena to another character (i was quick enough to cancel it). Since that i upgraded my security on account, and also i wrote an ticket on 4game support centre, but fact is, ever since satruday nobody is doing anything, i see staff members online GM Doctor and Yuki-onna, but so far no reaction. They banned my account because of "my account was hacked", but my premium account is still running. Anyone have any idea, when customer support will react? or they just leave it like this?
I have no clue how important this is but, i read that there been massive hackings on accounts, because players where registering same password and username on 4game account on private servers, one thing i know that i dont play in private servers but, just about week ago i registered on elitepvpers forums with same account, i dont make any accusations, but its weird since i cheked on my email, it was the only place i regged same password with email.
Actually they responded, but it was my own fault why they took so much time, cause i spammed in ticket =), means that if spams more then they will take yo last ... anyhow seemsed this thing will be resolved.
