Huge Lags / Spikes from Poland.

hello many people from poland which are using neostrada tp have lags.
i dont know what is making this but check out my investigation.
maybe u will find solution.

issue is more likely on your provider side (neostrada tp).
there is nothing that we can do to solve your connection problems, i'm sorry.
you need to call your provider and describe your problem.
