How to recover lost chars????

I dont erased my chars,but i hear that 4game erase inactive chars,and im not playing this game since few months ago,so i dont know if my chars has been erased (im downloading the game atm) so,if my chars has been erased,how to recover them??? Or at least my main Sigel Phoenix Knight...

 

You need to be inactive for years for them to delete your char, dont worry.

 

Well,at same account ive had a Tyr Titan and i dont see my Titan anywhere,and i was inactive less than 6 months...so...

But now i want my Sigel PK...

 

Friend was inactive for 1.5years and didnt lost single char, he got banned tho for security reasons, so he had to ask supp to unban acc

 

Then maybe i lose the Tyr caused particular erase. I desire to Heinhasad that my Sigel isnt erased too...
