[Event] Bananavent

For a couple of weeks Chef Monkey will bring exotic wind in severe Elmoreden world!​

1. Banana harvest in Elmoreden!​

Hunt and collect Banana Herb from monsters in all hunting zones. Remember that the herb can’t be collected in case monster’s level is lower than character’s level by 9 or more (dark blue colored). Also awakened characters won’t get herb in hunting zones for non-awakened characters. ​

Besides, you can’t get bananas from raid bosses and their minions.​

2. Chef Monkey​

Right after the maintenance Chef Monkey will appear in the main Elmoreden’s towns. Skilled cookery expert will briefly tell you about the event and propose various services for the players. Chef Monkey is placed on event pedestal so it won’t be a problem finding him. You can use a command /target Chef Monkey to find him easier. ​

3. Chef Monkey's Bait​

Chef will tell you about unique baits he made for Elmoreden citizens. The chef appreciates his creation and won’t give his goods for free. The price of one bait is 24.000 Adena and doesn’t depend on castle’s tax.​

Chef Monkey’s Bait decreases fishing time (75 seconds) compared to ordinary bait (105 seconds). Besides, using event bait will allow you to have more experience!​

* Amounts in the table can be a little different with the real ones.​

** Given amounts are relevant for ordinary fishing rod with no experience bonuses.​

*** On the levels not given in the table character will receive other experience amounts.​

Attention: when you use Chef Monkey's Bait and Fancy Rods (received from the "Fish you wish" promotion) fishing takes lesser time.​

By the way, don’t forget about the fishing shots when you’re going to fish. They increase chances of successful fishing by 40% (basic chance 40% + fishing shot 40% = 80%).​

4. Talisman - Infinity​

Chef Monkey is known all over Elmoreden for his cooking skills and lots of continent’s respectable citizens have already tasted his dishes. One of them was Seed Talisman Manager. As a gratitude for delicious dinner he showed Monkey some tricks of trading. Now Chef Monkey sells Talisman - Infinity for much more favorable price:​

5. Chef Monkey's Belt​

Chef Monkey is very talented! In addition to meals he can create a unique belt:​

Extra Information:

1. Event will take place from August 30th to October 25th. After September 13th Banana Herbs will no longer drop. NPC Chef Monkey will remain in the game till October 25th for exchanging Chef Monkey's Treasure Chests for the corresponding belts. All other NPC functions will be unavailable.
2. On October 25th event items Monkey Bait R/R95/R99 and Chef Monkey's Treasure Chest will be deleted. All other items will remain.
3. A chance of Banana's Herb drop rate doubles every day from 18:00 till 02:00 CEST.
4. The effect of Banana's Herb disappaers after log out.
5. Fishing is available only for premium subscribers.
6. Monkey Baits can be used to complete Fishing Guild faction quests.
7. Every try during the fishing uses 1 bait despite of the result of fishing.
