Cant Change Pass

Hello, i tried to change my password but i get error that password is more than 12 characters,
the new pass i try to set is less than 12 but the old one is like 15 characters,so i get error all the time, any help? Ty.

 

I've had the same issue.
Can somebody tell me how is D6si1Sd$%@5 the same password as ks@SD6aad/5$&1 ?

I'm pretty sure there are some similarities like the "@" ... but really ? I've tried all the passwords in the world and all are the same as my old

 

1. Here u write new password
2.Here u write old password
3. Sometimes u should delete this login to change password .... if u get info too long longin or something like that

 

thnx micky, seems like the problem comes from the login name (12 characters one), so i changed login name too before the pass.
