... 704 Error

Hello

I know there was plenty of topics like this but i get get through this error...
i've tried everything what i've found about this topic and still cant update my client

Restarted computer afetr reinstaling 4game and l2 client
"net stop 4game-service
net start 4game-service"
Changed broswers
also cleared register with ccleaner
ive also downloaded client with check4game but i still can get through this error
Razer synapse and nvidia updated

Any solutions? Any ideas what i can do more? I'm getting sick of fighting with invisible opponent

 

1. Remove Read-only attribute from game folder (it will appear again, that's OK). Delete Frost folder and repair the game on site.
2. Make process list via check4game. Run in as Adminstrator, press "Process diagnostic", copy result here in full, with headers and footnotes without any truncates.
3. Do instructions I sent you in pm.

There could be two possibilities (or both).
1. Look in your A:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file and find and remove all strings that contain words like "innova", "frost" or "cdn". If you not sure send it to me in PM. ("A" is your system drive letter or change it properly)
2. Virus. One of the best utilities not required to be installed is CureIt. Check the system.

Nothing about innvoa or frost im checking for the virus

 

Please erase all strings of "0.0.0.0 localhost " type. I see 4 of them here.

 

Done. Error is not appearing anymore but also nothing is downloading. "Preparing…" all the time
