big problem

hi im a newbie trying to start here...
but i made account then i pressed install and 19,3 GB of l2 just downloaded and then i got this problem
in the site when im loged in still saying install + i dont have the setting (fix game) as i saw in others posts...
in conclusion i dont have the ''play '' button

im using windows 10 / i updated java/gooogle crome but still nothing i reinstall all the pack 2 times but i never had the play button

 

Reinstall the browser, you probably clicked "no" when it asked to modify something.

 

Please make sure:
* there are no any blocked plugins on game site;
* all browser addons are disabled (any of them could interfere), you could re-enable them one-by-one to figure out the problem;
* service 4game is running;
* you are running 32b browser as 64b ones are not supported.

If not helped check for viruses.

 

its fixed i havent done anything play button just appear ...
