rapid shot & rapid fire

silver ranger skills

no buffs - att speed = 288
with rapid shot and fire - att speed = 384

but after 1 hit att speed is decrease to 288. even with those buffs i have att speed like without it

same with other buffs

iss buffs - att speed = 611
with rapid shot and fire - att speed = 818

and after 1 hit att speed is decr. to 611

i think before maintanance (12 april) those skills works fine

 

before update this wasn't working either. i heard that this is know bug with sr on subclass

 

i started new sr subbclass and have same problem, those sr selfbuffs are bugged when using buffs from iss
but there is no response from innova to repair it :/ sr without those buff are weak, i should choose he

 

something done with that problem?

 

i see that this server is a bugland... how is it possible that u cannot use rapid's on silver ranger subclass on oficial server?!?!

same thing with hawkeye subclass, 293 atk spd without rapid shot, 327 with rapid shot, aftre one hit atk spd goes back to 293.

 

would be nice to see at least the usual "known issue" or "will be fixed soon™", one or the other...
