Error while launching L2EU

Hello guys,

Today I bought a new graphic card (my old one was really really bad).
I have:
Installed newest drivers and directx 12
Uninstalled whole L2 and Reinstalled again

While I am hitting PLAY button, after a few seconds an error appears:

I tried to delete "system" folder and restore the game - not working

Dx 12 does not contain Dx9 libs. You need to install Dx9.
