Cant install game

Hello, im new in this game, im trying to install it but nothing happens, i push install, i download 4game software, "Close and go to the webpage" it starts:

Installing version l2eu.P.3.0.08.11.01, but nothing else happens, after few minutes it stops on 0% and i got same: INSTALL, game not downloading or not installing, and sometimes it start to show errors: error 704, error 710: 4game-service has not started. (ive tried to stop and start it on cmd not hellped), error 712: 4game-service cannot be launched.
error 713: no response from 4game-service; 4game-service is restarting.,
i tried like all webrowsers: explorer, mozilla, chrome, opera all same.
also sometimes i seems like it started to download i see like 0.80% and it stops again with error 704, and shows button: UPDATE but pressing it nothing changes just apears: Install again...
dont know what to do next.. any ides????

i didint change anything just tried one more time and i works now.. some miracles.. ty close topic

 

your 4game service was off , restarted pc or what ever and it started to work..
