Fishing Faction(quest problem)

Hi I've just made lvl3 fishing faction and there suppose to be new lvl of quest available... But i have just basic option like on prev. lvls... Any idea why? Is that fraction bugged or there is a special npc for that quest? Btw I'm talking about "TO REVIVE THE FISHING GUILD" on lvl3 faction should be INTERMEDIATE option....

Hi, on 3lvl faction q is the same, but u get it like bonus reward ( intermadiate ).

You can make it like stews, but you need lvl 4 faction

 

You get always same faction points when delivering the quest, changes are that after level 3, you get intermediate reward box that has around 60% chance of getting x1 powerful fish when opened.
In order to get the 2 magic spices per day to craft the +3 stat + 1 cha or luc you need to have fishing faction on level 4 and complete the daily quest called something like: The others fisherman's hobbies, which ask you to give them 40 fishes

Ah, i forgot to ask one thing. You said reward box has chance one powerful fish. Only the q reward box changes? what about reddish ones? cos quest reward is 1 in 100 fishing, for that 1 powerful is not a big deal

 

Red boxes content stay the same, since those are not related to fishing faction at all

well to level up faction from 3 to 4 u still need to give in 150~ quests so thats ~100 powerful fishes
4->5 1quest gives like 0.4~ so its 250 quests and thats ~200 fishes, when u think about it its not much, but 1 way or another u still making q to lvl up faction and those power fishes are small bonus
