disconnects ...

what is going on im geting disconnected but my internet is working ok the game page is refreshing all the time ok and im like omg..
check if jerrygon acc is trying to get connecting from 2 different ips and say me if i need to change my password pls

 

Please tun WinMTR to geo.l2.eu during 10-15 minutes (see https://eu.4gamesupport.com/kb/articles/15-basic-utilities-for-analyzing-of-your-internet-connection for details).

No one here on forum can tell you this but Support can.

And you can do it yourself. Select Events in 4game account menu:

Tap "Activity" row then. In lite gray color you will see ip address of every login (and not only login) action.
