Can you increase chances of content on Freya bags?

is there items that increase the chances of what comes from the bags? seen a few vids on Youtube and the chances for Freya is horrible

 

and what u want? buy 1 bag and have full epic jewel set and 500 more extra to enchant with normal scrolls?
its never been fair.. but some ppl may get smth useful from 1 box, and some cant get after buying 1000+
