the blue screen of death (also known as bsod) is the error screen displayed by the microsoft windows family of operating systems upon encountering a critical error, of a non-recoverable nature, that causes the system to crash.

    if you have bsod please

    1. check your operating system service pack
click the start button, right-click computer, and then click properties.
you will see currently version of your os service pack in the windows edition field.

    2. make sure you added lineage ii and frost files to exclusions of your antivirus
how to do it for the most popular antiviruses you can find here: https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=6471
    3. create a new request at support.4game.com and attach minidump file for analyses of your problem in more details
microsoft minidump file, similar in principle to a core dump. in computing, a core dump, memory dump, or storage dump consists of the recorded state of the working memory of a computer program at a specific time, generally when the program has terminated abnormally (crashed).

    to get minidump please
click the start button, right-click computer, select advanced system settings on the left side of the window, in advanced tab click settings button on startup and recovery field
make sure the lines write an event to the system log and automatically restart are ticked
in write debugging information section choose small memory dump. by default this file will be created by the operating system in its own folder in memory.dmp file.

after another restart make sure memory dump file has been created successfully in c:\windows\minidump folder.
please attach to your request the latest .dmp file from minidump folder.
