Really now!!! I have a a Sapphire R9 380x OC 4GB and i play in 1080p resolution and this game can NOT exceed 800 MB of memory. That means bad performance in Aden Giran and sieges. With my rig its should out blast this game and for those who gonna say ''eeeee you need an ssd or that''this is my rig: i5 4690k (4.5 oc) -sapphire R9 380x OC 4GB-16 GB ddr3 ram-Z97 MSI motherboard-Samsung 840 EVO ssd 120GB. Its ridiculous in 2017 this game to be technical so bad...

game is 13 years old and no optimizations were made.. simply they just update the content and not the engine
its like playing d2.. no matter what u do game cannot give u more than 25 fps :)(even if fraps showing u 5000)
u can make some optimization yourself to use more resources (in task manager make l2process real time, it should eat more resources and give bit better perfomance, also there's a thing like ram drive make textures in your rams and it decreases loading times even more)
l2 isnt gpu dependant and unreal2 engine cant send more calculations than it was designed

I m currently playing the game on full details, everything on high, but i feel what u mean Aden or mostly the crowded places it has a small delay and occasional lags.

    i7 turbo 3.5ghz
    4Gb GeForce GTX 960
(just because we are talking specs :D i feel quite proud of mine =)) )
