Disconnect after character select

hi. i have been playing just fine for almost a month now but since yesterday night whenever i log in with any account, as soon as the character appears on the screen after the selection i'm unable to move it, use abilities or type anything in the chat window. i see other characters moving for a brief moment and then i get the disconnection message.
this happens always since yeserday and i'm unable to play with any account.

here's what i already tried:

• uninstalling and reinstalling 4game client
• deleting l2 folder and then reinstall
• disabling windows firewall
• running av system scan (no results)
• deleting hosts file

none of these attempts have worked and i can't figure out what's wrong with it. can anybody help me?

if it's only dc and no error msg it problem with network.
