Problem with login

Hi people, i have problems to log in, when i enter in comunity page it say me intall game, not play, but i already have intalled the game, i put install game, download the launcher, install again and send me to main page and again say me install game. Some body can help me with this problem?

 

Check if 4game-service is working at services.msc

how can i do that? im a little noob in this things :S

 

i enter in services.msc and this is what it say, but game still say me Install in main game page, im playing this morining :S

 

Try some different browser.

 

Thx a lot, i dont know how but is start to works when i opened in firefox. Then start working in all browsers, thx for the patience casillias
