Account Banned, and why??? payment problems with 4Game and MasterCard

friday when I logged I was surprised by the ban on my account.
4game say "Your account has been blocked due to payment issues. Please contact 4game support service (https://eu.4gamesupport.com/)."
So I went to look at the extract from my credit card, which is a pre paid card from the master card and I do not know why, My purchase was extorted.
I spoke with MASTERCARD and they told me that SKR * EU.4GAME.COM canceled the trade.
i created 2 tickets and i had no answer.

what happened? And how can we fix this?

today is monday. how many days will stay without playng for a mistake i didn't make?

Support tickets can take up to 10 working days to be answered and Forum Staff have no way of dealing with these types of issues so you will have to wait for a member of the Support Team to process your ticket and respond to you.
